We recruit and train our staff with the aid of Radiate and Motivate. They are a long standing non-profit organization that specializes in recruiting Veterans and Short-Term unemployed Angelenos. Staffing the So-Fi Stadium, alongside many other well-known Los Angeles institutions. They are now offering their services to Gerontology Home Companion.
We use the services provided by Radiate Motivate to train, monitor and manage our Human Resource requirements. Ensuring top quality client satisfaction.
